Garret has 4+ years of Marketing & Partnerships experience at global crypto exchanges. Prior to Uphold, Garret worked at Binance.US, managing listings partners & large marketing launches. With a B.A in Political Science from Haverford College, Garret wrote his graduating thesis on blockchain based voting protocols for U.S political elections. He currently oversees Institutional Marketing.

Ashley has 10+ years in institutional financial services. He spent over 8 years at Goldman Sachs, starting in the asset management division before moving to the broker-dealer entity where he traded listed derivatives with a focus on fixed income and interest rate options. Ashley joined crypto-native liquidity provider Genesis in September 2021, before joining Uphold in September 2023.

Matt joined Uphold in April and currently serves as Head of Sales for the institutional business. Prior to joining Uphold Matt worked at FalconX as part of the Institutional Sales team based in New York. Before joining Falconx, Matt spent 15 years in traditional finance in various institutional equity sales and trading capacities at Bank of America, and Liquidnet among other firms. Matt graduated from Yale University in 2007 with a degree in Political Science and he resides in New York.

Cameron joined Uphold in July to lead institutional sales & trading for our EMEA clients, bringing with him 3+ years experience servicing an international client base across both private and crypto markets. Cameron has spent 5+ years in the industry. Prior to joining Uphold, he helped run the institutional trading desk at Archax. Cameron graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2021, with an LLB in Scots & English Law alongside an MSC in Investment & Finance.
