AITECH Describes Itself As

An integrated platform that combines high-performance computing infrastructure with a blockchain-based ecosystem for AI services​. At its core is an eco-friendly 8,000 sq. ft. High-Performance Computing (HPC) data center in Europe, which provides the raw computing power for AI and heavy computational tasks.

Project Function

Key products and features include:

• Compute Marketplace: A platform offering on-demand access to high-performance compute infrastructure, including enterprise-grade NVIDIA H200, H100, and A100 servers. Designed for projects, developers, and enterprises to scale AI, ML, and data-intensive workloads without the limitations.
• AI Marketplace: A curated environment where users can access and deploy AI models, datasets, and AI apps across verticals like image enhancement, document redaction, web research, animated content generation, and more. Designed for both technical and non-technical users, with tokenized access and pay-per-use capabilities.
• Agent Forge: A no-code AI agent workflow builder that allows anyone to create autonomous AI agent workflows using LLMs, API integrations, and real-time memory. Developers can launch research agents, trading bots, automation flows, and more — all powered by $AITECH.
• AVAchat AI Assistant: In addition to the developer-focused tools above, AITECH provides AVA, an AI agent accessible via a conversational interface (chatbot). AVAchat is an AI assistant that can “write, brainstorm, edit, and explore ideas with you” in a natural dialogue format​.
• AITECH Debit Card: In partnership with fintech providers, AITECH offers a crypto debit card that lets users deposit $AITECH tokens and spend their value worldwide like a regular payment card.
• AITECH Launchpad (AITECH Pad) and Labs: Solidus AI Tech also runs AITECH Labs, an AI-focused accelerator program, and the AITECH Pad launchpad for new AI/blockchain projects. Holding AITECH tokens grants access to these platforms.

Of note, the project plans to launch the following features in the near future:

• High-Performance Computing Data Center: All services are powered by Solidus AI Tech’s own purported Tier-3 compliant HPC data center (the first of its kind in Europe focused on AI).
• Compute Marketplace (Cloud GPU Rental): The Compute Marketplace is a decentralized cloud platform for on-demand GPU computing. It enables users to rent GPU servers or entire HPC instances on a pay-per-use basis, scaling up or down as needed.

Token Utility 

AITECH is the project’s governance and medium of exchange token used for:

• Medium of Exchange for Services: AITECH is used to pay for all services on the platform, from renting cloud GPU hours to purchasing AI software or datasets​.
• Deflationary Mechanism: Uniquely, AITECH is a deflationary token – a portion (5-10%) of every transaction or service fee in AITECH is automatically burned (permanently destroyed) by the system, reducing the total supply over time.
• Staking and Rewards: Token holders can choose to stake their AITECH (lock it up in the platform’s staking contract) to earn rewards. Staking rewards are funded by a portion of the ecosystem’s fees (the model allocates a share of transaction fees to a rewards pool instead of burning them all).
• Governance (DAO): AITECH token also functions as a governance token, giving holders a voice in the project’s future. Solidus AI Tech operates a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) model for certain decisions, where token holders can vote on proposals.

About The Founders

Paul Farhi is the Co-Founder of Al Tech (Solidus Al) and Head of International Operations (CEO). Paul is an entrepreneur with a background in investment, business development, and technology. His journey into the tech world began in 2015 with his discovery of Bitcoin. Paul has since gone on to expand his expertise through an AI-focused program at the London Business School.

Adrian Stoica is the Co-founder of Al Tech (Solidus Al Tech) and Head of Technology and Development (CTO). As the President of Optoelectronica and the Founder of Soft Galaxy, he describes his mission as being ‘to leverage his expertise in hardware and software to usher in a new era of computing and data processing worldwide’.

Risks of AITECH

Like an investment in other crypto assets, there are some general risks to investing in AITECH. These include:  (i) volatility risk and liquidity risk, (ii) short history risk, (iii) demand risk, (iv) forking risk, (v) code defects, (vi) regulatory risk, (vii) electronic trading risk, and (viii) cyber security risk. • AITECH operates using smart contracts, which have an association with vulnerabilities and security breaches. Despite undergoing successful audits by well-regarded third-party entities, it is essential to acknowledge the existence of inherent risks.

Prior to listing AITECH on the Uphold Platform, Uphold performed due diligence on AITECH and determined that AITECH is unlikely to be a security or derivative under relevant securities legislation. Uphold’s analysis including reviewing publicly available information on the following: 

• The creation, governance, usage, and design of AITECH, including ensuring the source code is open-source, audited and peer reviewed, security, and roadmap for growth in the developer community. 
• The supply, demand, maturity, utility, and liquidity of AITECH.
• Any marketing materials put forward by the AITECH social team including on, Twitter, Medium blog, LinkedIn posts, Discord and Telegram channels.
• Material technical risks associated with AITECH, including any code defects, security breaches and other threats concerning AITECH and its supporting blockchain (such as the susceptibility to hacking and impact of forking), or the practices and protocols that apply to them.
• Legal and regulatory risks associated with AITECH, including any pending, potential, or prior civil, regulatory, criminal, or enforcement action relating to the issuance, distribution, or use of AITECH.
