This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for participation in this tournament administered by Ultra (this “Tournament”). Under this Tournament, subject to certain terms and conditions, one eligible user will have the chance to win $500 of value in the form of Ultra’s native token UOS (the “Token”), which constitutes the “Tournament Reward”. For the chance to qualify for the Tournament Reward, a user must purchase a minimum of $10 worth of the Token via the Uphold platform within the Entry Period (defined below) and subsequently claim their Uphold NFT Entry Pass, as defined below.
