To execute a crypto-to-stock trade, your cryptocurrency will first be converted into U.S. Dollars by Uphold HQ, Inc. a U.S. Money Services Business, registered with FinCEN. You will be charged an exchange fee as indicated below. U.S. Dollar proceeds will then be moved to your brokerage account at Uphold Securities Inc., a U.S. broker dealer, Member FINRA and SIPC, where they will be used to buy TSLA stock. You will be charged a fee by Uphold Securities Inc. as indicated below. Uphold HQ Inc. and Uphold Securities Inc. are separate but affiliated companies.
