Support for Vision Impairments

At Uphold, we recognize the importance of delivering a user-friendly experience for individuals with visual impairments.

      • In the Mobile App, tap on ‘More’, select ‘Help’, then ‘Chat with us’.

      • If using a PC or Computer, once logged in, select ‘More’ located at the bottom left-hand side of the screen, choose ‘Help’ then ‘Chat with us’.

    • Occasionally, our teams might need to contact you via telephone. Let us know if you need someone to speak louder during any necessary phone interactions.

A customers’ personal circumstances and risk tolerance for trading crypto depend on many factors, including physical health considerations, impactful life events, financial health, and financial literacy. One, or a combination of these factors, may increase the risks faced by a customer when trading crypto.
