ACN Describes Itself As

An integrated platform that combines high-performance computing infrastructure with a blockchain-based ecosystem for AI services. Formerly known as Solidus AI Tech (AITECH), the project has rebranded to AITECH Cloud Network (ACN) and migrated from BNB Chain to Ethereum. At its core is an eco-friendly 8,000 sq. ft. High-Performance Computing (HPC) data centre in Europe, providing the raw computing power for AI and heavy computational tasks.

Project Function

Key products and features include:

  • Compute Marketplace: A platform offering on-demand access to high-performance compute infrastructure, including enterprise-grade NVIDIA H200, H100, and A100 servers. Designed for projects, developers, and enterprises to scale AI, ML, and data-intensive workloads.
  • AI Marketplace: A curated environment where users can access and deploy AI models, datasets, and AI apps across verticals including image enhancement, document redaction, web research, and animated content generation. Designed for both technical and non-technical users with tokenised access and pay-per-use capabilities.
  • Agent Forge: A no-code AI agent workflow builder that allows users to create autonomous AI agent workflows using LLMs, API integrations, and real-time memory. Developers can launch research agents, trading bots, and automation flows powered by $ACN.
  • AVAchat AI Assistant: An AI agent accessible via a conversational interface. AVAchat is an AI assistant that supports writing, brainstorming, editing, and idea exploration.
  • ACN Engine: The unified architecture sitting at the centre of the ecosystem, combining the Compute Layer, AI Agent Orchestration Layer, and Economic Layer into a single operational system.

Token Utility

ACN is the native token of the AITECH Cloud Network on Ethereum, evolved from the original AITECH token at a 1:1 ratio. It is used for:

  • Medium of Exchange for Services: ACN is used to pay for all services on the platform, from renting cloud GPU hours to purchasing AI software or datasets.
  • Deflationary Mechanism: A portion of every transaction or service fee in ACN is automatically burned (permanently removed from supply), reducing total supply over time. Additionally, a percentage of GPU marketplace and Agent Forge fees are used to buy back and burn ACN, linking token scarcity to network throughput.
  • Staking and Rewards: Token holders can stake ACN to earn rewards funded by a portion of ecosystem fees.
  • Agent Registry: Developers must stake ACN to register agents on the ERC-8004-compliant agent identity registry.
  • Governance (DAO): ACN also functions as a governance token, giving holders a voice in the project's future direction.

Risks of ACN

Like an investment in other crypto assets, there are some general risks to investing in ACN. These include: (i) volatility risk and liquidity risk, (ii) short history risk, (iii) demand risk, (iv) forking risk, (v) code defects, (vi) regulatory risk, (vii) electronic trading risk, and (viii) cyber security risk. For additional information on these and other general risks associated with crypto assets and Uphold's platform, please refer to the Risks Specific to Holding Digital Assets statement.

In addition to these general risks, an investment in ACN is subject to the following specific risks:

  • ACN operates using smart contracts on Ethereum, which carry inherent risks including vulnerabilities and security breaches. Despite audits by third-party entities, these risks cannot be fully eliminated.
  • ACN was recently migrated from BNB Chain to Ethereum (April 2026), introducing short-term execution risk and uncertainty around developer and institutional adoption on the new network.
  • ACN operates in the AI infrastructure sector alongside well-capitalised competitors. Failure to differentiate real-world utility could result in price volatility driven by sentiment rather than fundamentals.

We emphasise that this Crypto Asset Statement is not an exhaustive description or summary of all risks associated with ACN. Investors should conduct their own research and perform their own assessment before trading any crypto asset to determine the appropriate level of risk for their personal circumstances.

The ACN community and AITECH Cloud Network founding team are not under any legal or regulatory obligation to disclose material information to the public regarding its activities. Holders of ACN have no recourse to the ACN community, AITECH Cloud Network founding team, or Uphold if ACN declines in value for any reason.

Changes to applicable law may adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange, or value of any of your crypto assets, and such changes may be sudden and without notice.

  • Legal and regulatory risks associated with ACN, including any pending, potential, or prior civil, regulatory, criminal, or enforcement action relating to the issuance, distribution, or use of ACN.
