Uphold $10 Bonus Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligible Participants

The $10 Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all natural persons who:

• are residents of the United States (excluding New York, Louisiana, or US territories); 
• are active users of the Uphold platform and have successfully verified their identity (IDV) and completed certain Uphold “know your customer” procedures; 
• are a customer of Uphold in good standing at the time the Promotion Reward is distributed. 

Promotional Period

The Promotional Period starts on September 19, 2025 at 00:01 EDT, concluding on September 26, 2025 at 23:59 EDT (the “Promotion Period”). To qualify for the Reward, your qualifying transactions must be successfully executed on the Uphold platform by 23:59 EDT on the final day of the Promotional Period. Any pending transactions will not be considered. 

The Reward

The first one thousand (1,000) Eligible Uphold users who complete five (5) qualifying “buy” transactions during the Promotional Period will receive a bonus reward of ten US dollars ($10.00 USD) (the “Reward’) delivered to their Uphold account. Qualifying transactions are purchases of at least ten US dollars ($10.00 USD) worth of any cryptoasset (excluding stablecoins, precious metals, or fiat) on the Uphold platform. Transactions made pursuant to a recurring buy order are not considered qualifying transactions. Rewards are limited to one per customer. The Reward will be delivered within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotion Period to the first one thousand (1,000) eligible participants who complete five (5) qualifying transactions in the Promotion Period.

General

Reward recipients are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result from receiving a Reward in this Promotion.

Rewards must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. Uphold shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any Reward.

Uphold is not responsible for technical or computer errors, or for incomplete transactions. 

Decisions of Uphold are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to this Promotion. Uphold reserves the right at any time to withdraw this Promotion or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, in its sole discretion.

You agree to abide by and be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions along with the existing User Agreement for US and Canadian Residents and Businesses, and understand that the decisions of Uphold are final in all respects.
